The customer had recently taken over a retail premises in Belfast city centre and identified a high-quality CCTV system as a top priority to monitor the shop floor during trading hours. With the property located in a high-footfall area, the customer was particularly aware of the risk of
shoplifting and the importance of reliable surveillance.

Upon inspection, we found that the existing system was outdated and no longer functioning. We recommended a full upgrade and worked closely with the retailer to design a solution that met their security needs. The old equipment was carefully removed, and all cabling was routed back to a new central cupboard, which had been pre-arranged with BT to accommodate the fibre connection. This setup allowed the system to be integrated into the network, giving the customer full remote access to monitor the shop from anywhere in the world.

All cabling was discreetly concealed, and cameras were tactically positioned to provide comprehensive coverage of the entire shop floor while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
