The customer contacted Uplink Systems with an urgent request. They were moving into their newly built home and needed a Starlink installation completed quickly to meet critical work commitments that required reliable internet access.

Upon arriving on site, we determined that the optimal line of sight for the Starlink antenna would typically require placement on the front of the house. However, the property’s stone cladding made this option impractical. After discussing alternative solutions, the customer chose to mount the antenna entirely off the house, on a small outbuilding in the back garden.

We completed the installation successfully, achieving perfect line of sight from the outbuilding. Cabling was routed neatly around the garden perimeter using shielded trunking to the entry point at the side of the house, ensuring a discreet and professional finish.
